Stem cells are preserved in multiple portions, ensuring they can be utilised for multiple treatments at different points over the course of their lifetime

How to access your Stem Cells

If the time comes when your child or another member of your family requires your stored stem cells for a particular treatment, our release process ensures that you have quick and easy access to your cells. Retrieval is straightforward, fast and secure.

Simply call us on 020 8064 0158 to speak to a LifeCells advisor. Security is our top priority, so once we have verified your request, as the owner of the stem cells, and we have received authorisation from you, for LifeCells to liaise with your clinician, we will do the rest.

After satisfactory cell counts, test data and possible further testing, LifeCells will then arrange transportation of the cells using our approved licensed logistics provider at no extra cost to you (UK).

It should be remembered that clinicians determine on a case by case basis whether stem cells should be applied as a therapy. As such, there is no guarantee that your physician will choose stem cell transplant over other courses of treatment.

Stem Cell Shipping to Treatment location within the UK

Our specialist logistics partner will provide fast, temperature-controlled and tracked shipping for you when you need it, anywhere within the UK. Their fleet operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and their sophisticated courier network ensures that any sample being used for life-changing treatments is delivered from the safety of our facilities to your preferred treatment facility in medical-grade condition, and for no extra charge to you.
